We will not accept any returns without this number .If necessary, shipping instructions may be sent for returning the item. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Product must be returned in the original packaging. SHIPPING CLAIMS: If there is any obvious damage to the shipment, please note it on the Bill of Lading at the time of receipt. Hidden damage should be reported to the carrier immediately. We will assist the purchaser in any matter arising from damage to the shipment. DELIVERY:Approximately all orders are shipped within 7 days. Any dates quoted for delivery of special orders are approximate only. We will ensure that all goods are delivered within 30 days of acceptance of your order. If goods cannot be delivered within 30 days we will notify you and agree with you when the goods will be delivered. Can you mail me a catalogue with your products? Because of the constantly evolving nature of the beauty industry, new products being added and other products being discontinued, Products are resized and repackaged and there are seasonal changes as well, catalogues just do not work well.
